1. Log in to your account:
1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our
store and copy the six-digit verification code included
in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit
verification code.

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.
After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

- Perishable goods, personalised products, and items marked as final sale are non-returnable.
How to Return an Item

Packaging:
- Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Include your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping:
- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Wrong Delivery Addresses

It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and complete at the time of placing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:
- You will be responsible for the original delivery fee.
- You will also be liable for any redelivery fees required to resend the order to the correct address.
- An administration charge of £20 will apply to cover the costs of rerouting or reshipping your order.
- These fees will be deducted from your refund or added to the cost of redelivery.

If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address and is returned to us:
- You may request a redelivery after clearing the additional fees (including redelivery fees and the administration charge).
- Alternatively, you can choose a refund minus the aforementioned charges.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
- Provide photographic evidence to help us resolve the issue promptly.
- We will cover the cost of return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.
